Shipping

Products that are offered with “Free Shipping” will be shipped via UPS ground, Fedex ground or USPS Priority,
whichever is the most economical.

For all orders with shipping charges, UPS will be used.

Other shipping services or expedited shipping is also available at the buyers request and expense. We will also ship using your
account if requested. Please contact us with your needs.

Returns

At RJS, we value your business and take great pride in offering our customers the highest quality products, competitive prices,
and unparalleled service. All purchases our covered by our “no risk, no hassle guarantee” , so you can buy with confidence.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the quality of the products purchased, we will either replace the products or refund
your purchase price, including shipping (if applicable).

If you need to return a product for any other reason, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping, if applicable) or replace it
with other products of equal value. In this case, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping returns back to our facility.

For any refunds or returns, please contact us for information and authorization.

Drop Shipments

Our drop ship program can be very beneficial to your business. You can collect orders from your customers and we will blind ship
directly to them. This allows you to sell items to your customers without storing inventory or handling shipments. Contact us for
